I use this on the end of an ERGOTRON arm from the wall to allow quick release of my WACOM LCD TABLET and it works well easy to remove and click back in.

I've purchased two of these and use it to easily remove a 32" Vizio TV from the bedroom and take out to the rv. Well made and comes with the proper screws and spacers.
